A-Three Services is a fast growing, full-service fulfillment company located in Northbrook, IL. • Detailed in all aspects of managing an account and maintaining client relationships (create proposals, manage projects, invoice client)
  
• Detailed in all aspects of sales (finding contacts, making calls, closing new business)
  
• Proficient computer skills

• Bachelors Degree preferably in Management, Marketing or Sales
  
• At least 3-years experience, preferably with Fulfillment Services
  

Customer Service Representative:

• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone presence
  
• Proficient computer skills
  
• Proficient with call center phone systems
  
• Thrive in a fast paced environment and excel at multi-tasking while paying attention to the details
  
• Quick witted and able to up sell
  
• Degree or working towards a degree
  
• At least 2-years experience, preferably with Fulfillment Services
  

• Good working knowledge of US Customs documentation & international shipping requirements.
  
• Good working knowledge of UPS Worldship, FedEx Café and USPS Endicia systems.
  
• Good working knowledge of all MS Office component programs.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize, interacting with various departments within the company.
  
• At least 3 years experience with international shipping via various modes.
  

• Experience with Web content development, including HTML.
  
• Good working knowledge of E-Commerce web site setup and functionality.
  
• Good working knowledge of Web editing software such as Dreamweaver.
  
• Good working knowledge of all MS Office component programs, including Access.
  
• Good working knowledge of SQL DB management and queries.
  
• Good working knowledge of Crystal Reports.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
