Customer Relations
- An experienced Customer Service Team will be assigned to all client programs, ensuring consistency and handling efficiencies.
- Orders, inquiries (general, order status, shipment tracking) and any inbound/outbound telemarketing service needs (i.e., the contacting of designated retail customers to verify materials received and provide direction on set-up if needed) will be handled by the Customer Service Team.
- Customer Service Representatives will have on-line access to order status (ship date, delivery date) and item information.
- A daily log is maintained on all calls received, reflecting type of call (order placement, order status, shipment tracking) and outcome.
- Account Manager is alerted to any issues requiring immediate attention.
