  • An experienced Customer Service Team will be assigned to all client programs, ensuring consistency and handling efficiencies.
  • Orders, inquiries (general, order status, shipment tracking) and any inbound/outbound telemarketing service needs (i.e., the contacting of designated retail customers to verify materials received and provide direction on set-up if needed) will be handled by the Customer Service Team.
  • Customer Service Representatives have on-line access to order status (ship date, delivery date) and item information. Even active web orders may be accessed and modified while the customer is in the middle of an order to assist with order placement, if necessary.
  • Calls are monitored and recorded to assure accuracy and to maintain historical records.
  • Real-time cross reference to customer and order data.
  • Real-time processing and authorization of credit card transactions - 100% PCI compliant
  • Account Manager is alerted to any issues requiring immediate attention.
