• Orders/inquiries can be submitted via fax, mail (dedicated P.O.Box), phone (dedicated 800 line), or via the Internet.
• Orders are assigned a unique order number, entered into the computerized tracking system and deducted from the quantity on-hand inventory.
• The order number and ship date will be provided at the time of placement.
• Destination addresses will be verified at ordering point.
• Rush orders will be processed and shipped same day, if received by 3:00 p.m. CST.
• Order summary reports are generated and supplied to client.
• Inbound sales call recording.
