We support client sessions on our host for inquiry and report download. Clients may use telnet sessions or a browser.
We have a dedicated and secure connection to the Internet. We import orders from clients using a variety of different methods from various types of Web Servers. Database interfaces can be written for any ODBC complaint database, including DB2, Oracle, and SQL Server hardware and software currently used.
We can accept and transmit encrypted data files via an ftp site. We currently use PGP Personal Privacy software by Network Associates.
You can review order status, inventory levels and activity reports of customers, on the web at any time from anywhere in the world.
